Two Egg Omelette. Fry two eggs in coconut oil, then fill with goat’s cheese, tomato, mushrooms and leeks. Top it off with some fresh rocket or spinach, tomato and a few slices of avocado.
Steamed broccoli. Drizzle it with lemon juice and olive oil to enhance the flavour.
