I’m always on the lookout for healthy, whole food options when out and about. Whether it’s to meet with a friend, enjoy a celebratory dinner, or just to savour a cup of coffee in the morning, Sydney is home to some truly spectacular gems. From old favourites to new and exciting cafes, I’ve put together a list of my top go-to food spots here in Sydney. If you’re a local or just visiting, be sure to add these delicious options to your eating out arsenal.

My fav coffee:
Il Dolce dell’Amore “Roco” in Vaucluse – The best coffee in Sydney run by Roco, dear friend to us all. Be prepared to wait for a few minutes because it is THAT popular and that good! It is worth the wait!
La Piadina Bondi – AMAZING coffee in Sydney. You feel like you have spent your mornig in Italy. Creamy and rich coffee – just how I like it.
