Start your day with a sweet breakfast that feels indulgent, whilst nourishing your body from the inside out. This elevated twist on a classic overnight oats recipe combines the benefits of hearty oats with fibre-rich chia seeds and antioxidant-packed, deliciously tart raspberries. We’ve added a dose of our Vanilla Bean Protein + Probiotics to create a gut-loving breakfast (or snack) that will leave you feeling satiated, energised and vibrant.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup (80g) rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 serve JSHealth Vitamins Vanilla Bean Protein + Probiotics
- 1 ½ cups milk of choice
For the chia jam:
- 1 ½ cups (180g) frozen raspberries
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
Combine all of the ingredients for the overnight oats in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth and there are no lumps. Place in the fridge to set.
To make the raspberry chia jam, combine all of the ingredients in a small saucepan over a low heat. Stir to combine whilst also smashing the raspberries. Cook gently for 2 minutes before removing from the heat and allowing the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and create a jam.
Once the chia jam has cooled, layer the oat mix with the chia jam and transfer to the fridge to set. Note; if your oat mix is looking a little thick you can loosen it with some extra milk or water.
Serve topped with some nut butter of choice and some extra berries, if desired.
