This recipe is a perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth! I love making it for my hubby and I on a wintery Sunday night.

Serves: 1
- 1 serving growing naturals protein powder (chocolate or vanilla!)
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1-2 tsp cacao powder
- 1-2 tsp stevia granules
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
- Place mixture in a muffin tin
- Cook in oven for 15 mins on 200 degrees celsius
- When cooked, smear with 1 teaspoon almond butter and enjoy!
- If really pressed for time, place ingredients in mug and cook in microwave for 1 min and 30 seconds – however I don’t usually recommend using microwaves!
