Protein Chocolate Cake For One

This recipe is a perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth! I love making it for my hubby and I on a wintery Sunday night.

Ingredients

Serves: 1
  • 1 serving growing naturals protein powder (chocolate or vanilla!)
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1-2 tsp cacao powder
  • 1-2 tsp stevia granules
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

 

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Place mixture in a muffin tin
  3. Cook in oven for 15 mins on 200 degrees celsius
  4. When cooked, smear with 1 teaspoon almond butter and enjoy!
  5. If really pressed for time, place ingredients in mug and cook in microwave for 1 min and 30 seconds – however I don’t usually recommend using microwaves!
