I was experimenting in the kitchen, and put this little beauty together – it tastes amazing, and its packed full of nutrients!
- 1 cup basil leaves
- 1 cup fresh silverbeet
- 1 broccoli head (steamed & roughly chopped)
- handful of shallots
- handful of walnuts
- 1 garlic clove
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp filtered water
Add all the ingredients into a food processor, and process until it is all combined.
I then sprinkled some of my almond dukkah on top!
This recipe will make a bowl full. If you will use it all within 1 week, store it in the fridge, if not, drizzle olive oil on top and store in the freezer.
