The process of writing the Clean Life, working in clinic and my own personal experiences, I am so aware of how so many of us are disconnected from ourselves and our bodies. To my gorgeous younger girls!! I know this pressure is greater than ever, with so many different influences in our world telling us who we should be and how we should act. So I want to share with you an amazing opportunity to get together with a gorgeous group of girls your age and hear from some incredible speakers over a 4-day self-leadership retreat.
The Step Up Now Camp, run by Katie Pitsis from Free Spirit Girl, is run from 12th-15th January 2015 at the Aanuka Beach Resort in Coffs Harbour NSW for girls 12-18 years old.
