The Clean Life Dressing

My go-to daily salad dressing – it perfectly highlights any veggie combo. I often triple the ingredients and keep it in the fridge. It lasts the whole week!

Ingredients

Makes: 1/2 Cup

  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • a pinch of Himalayan salt and ground pepper
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or stevia powder (optional)

 

Method

1. Combine all ingredients and whisk well.
