Many of you in the JSHealth community have been asking for a meal plan which caters to vegans and vegetarians, and I’m so happy to be able to bring you something that caters to you.
This ebook is intended as a meal plan (as distinct from a recipe book) to guide vegans, vegetarians, or to those wishing to transition or trial the lifestyle, in finding a combination of plant-based foods which fit their own bodies. There are, however, recipes which you’ll find in the meal plan itself, or extracted at the end. I have also included links to recipes on the blog and a list of ingredient suggestions and serving sizes, so that you can easily swap out animal products for plant-based substitutions.
Following a vegan diet that is rich in good quality carbohydrates, fresh fruit and vegetables, healthy fats and plant-based protein is great for your digestive system, has significantly improve some of my clients’ acne issues and is, of course, a choice that helps the environment and animals.
