- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tbsp hulled tahini
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp of organic instant coffee or 1/2 shot espresso
- 1 tbsp cacao
- Pinch of sea salt
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup five:am organic vanilla bean yoghurt
- Small handful ice – if desired
- Banana, granola or cacao, to top
- Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until smooth, adding just a little water to help it come together.
- Spoon into a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon or other desired toppings.
