Lately I’ve been wishing you could all be in my kitchen and see just how little time and effort goes into cooking my dinners. The fact is, I do not have hours at the end of the day to spend in the kitchen, and I am sure you guys don’t either.
Here are my favourite quick and easy JSHealth dinners that I seem to be making every single week. I had to share. They take very little time and effort.

- JSHealth cauliflower, kale, mushroom rice – I add this to an omelette or add 2 boiled eggs to it.

- JSHealth Asian snapper served with JSHealth cauliflower rice or cauliflower mash.
